Location Operations Supervisor – Food Production (Westwood, Los Angeles)
We are seeking a Location Operations Supervisor to oversee daily food production and service at our Westwood site. This is a full-time position with strong growth potential in a fast-paced food service company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead food preparation and supervise prep cooks.
- Enforce HACCP and food safety standards.
- Maintain inventory, receive deliveries, and manage par levels.
- Train, schedule, and coach team members.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with hospital and facility clients.
- Maintain records and communicate with management.
- Deliver prepared food to key accounts.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years supervisory experience in food service or catering.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety (certification preferred).
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Customer service experience required.
